Drivers filled out paper forms all day, and the office spent every evening typing them in.
The problem
Proof-of-delivery ran on paper. Forms got lost, handwriting got misread, and management worked with data that was a full day old, in a business where routes change hourly.
Our approach
We rode along on delivery routes before designing a screen. The result was an offline-first app built for gloves, sunlight, and dead zones: big targets, aggressive caching, automatic sync when coverage returns.
What we built
A driver app for capture, photos, signatures, exceptions, and a dispatch dashboard with live route status. Reporting that took the back office hours now happens automatically as drivers work.
The results
95%Of deliveries reported within 5 minutes
12 hrsOf weekly admin work eliminated
4.8Average driver app rating, internal survey
