The problem
A solo founder with strong customer discovery needed a working product for fundraising conversations, in weeks, on a pre-seed budget, without building something that would have to be thrown away after the raise.
Our approach
We cut the concept to its single core workflow and agreed on the one question the MVP had to answer. The core path got production-quality engineering; everything else got the simplest thing that worked.
What we built
A deployed, billable SaaS product with real users inside six weeks. The codebase was structured so the core could grow, the post-raise team built on it rather than starting over.
